Holiday home & holiday rental services

Arrive in Wanaka and head straight for the lake or the mountains - not the supermarket queue. Get the most out of your Wanaka time - don't spend the last days cleaning, mowing and doing maintenance! For the holiday home owner, our peace of mind services include:

- Pre-arrival home presentation & preparation e.g. stocking the pantry, fresh flowers, linen hire & bed make-up, boat & vehicle servicing.

The Butler of Wanaka says 'thank you' to local heroes

Following our call to the Wanaka community to nominate its local heroes back in December 2011, we were humbled by the calibre of the nominations and would have liked to offer the ‘super hero’ prize to all of our nominees. Clearly, there are so many wonderful people in our community who never stop doing things for others, not to mention those who have really been through a lot this year! However, one nominee stood out from the crowd. Our ‘super hero’ is Emily Sancha of Albert Town, Wanaka. Emily had a host of nominations and is indeed a ‘local hero’, constantly giving back through a range of community events and projects. It was clear from the nominations that Emily is a major source of inspiration to many. To quote from one of her nominators: “She works hard, plays long, loves deeply and cares unconditionally”. Emily, we can't wait to treat you to a sumptuous picnic whilst our team gets your property ship-shape with a full House and Garden Blitz (8 hours of House and Garden work). The following ten ‘runner-up’ nominees will receive well deserved leisure time with a ‘Helping Hand’ voucher for 3 hours of Butler of Wanaka services - Fe Howie, Heather Halliday, Shirley Haig, Lynda Gregg, Brona Parsons, Anique Williams, Carol Little, (jointly) Kate Bariletti & Jan Janatta, Mavis Walker and Lynn Fegan. All of these women work quietly away in the background, selflessly offering their time for the benefit of others. Many have been through a great deal this year.
